How To Get From Impact (FootJoy) To Compression

Use your FootJoy Through Impact

View Video by Christina Ricci

I’m sure you’ve all heard the advice that on your irons your hands should be ahead at impact, and seen the photos of the ball being compressed at impact by the pros. And, we’ve also done a video with Mike Dero on compressing the ball. But this is different. In this video Christina Ricci teaches you where your hands need to be at impact, if you are going stand any chance of compressing ball. In fact, you needn’t think about compression – it just happens when you hit the ball with your Foot-joy (this will make sense when you see the video).
